Kuilei Place Pau Hana Event

Date: Friday, May 17, 2024
Time: 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Location: Kuilei Place Showroom at Ala Moana Shopping Center
Speaker: Daniel Nakamura

Daniel Nakamura has set up a special event for our Council to provide information on the new Kuilei Place development that will begin construction in a couple of months.  This event will consist of a 15-20 minute presentation by Daniel of Kuilei Place, what it offers, and possible opportunities/scenarios it presents for our clients.  They will provide some refreshments and will have interactive stations for us to play with and explore Kuilei Place.

Kuilei Place is a new development by the Kobayashi Group located on East Kapiolani Blvd. Closer to Iolani School and Kaimuki High School. We will share the reasons why a new development like Kuilei Place, could be a great opportunity for your clients to exchange their older, larger current investments into something brand new and possibly multiple smaller properties. If they have multiple heirs, having multiple smaller, brand new properties could be a great way to more evenly distribute properties to the heirs. Some other benefits are the option to sell one unit individually, if need the money, get into a brand new property that is built to today's code, some property tax and depreciation benefits as well. Come to learn more and enjoy some pupu's and drinks by Kuilei Place.
