We commonly conduct financial and estate planning well ahead of time, but we frequently leave gaps in planning and communication around some of the most important things that give us peace of mind at life’s close. Often, our loved ones and caregivers are left to make challenging decisions for us without adequate understanding or preparation. This presentation offers tools for broaching and navigating conversations that can sometimes be difficult but remain extremely important. Research shows that this type of thoughtful communication can empower those who will be stewarding our wishes and achieve the peace of mind that comes with having a solid plan in place for dealing with end-of-life choices.
