MILITARY FEE:      $28 for  for food and cash prizes (Pay your green fee directly at the Pro Shop)

RSVP DEADLINE:  October 12, 2015 (Monday) or all 28 spots are filled

Cost includes:  Golf / Cart fee (non-military), Prizes (Closest to the Hole, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, blind team draw)

19th Hole:         Salt Lake Chinese Restaurant (located in the Salt Lake Shopping Center, 5 minute drive) BYOB
                        (Golf Course Clubhouse colsed for renovations.)

ATTIRE:   Collar Shirt & Soft Spike Shoes required
